We had the pleasure of listening to the legendary Billy Leighton lead an exceptional tasting of Midleton’s current releases alongside some much-loved classics, perfectly paired with The Bowery’s expertly curated menu.
With almost 50 years at Irish Distillers, Billy’s career spans production, bottling, maturation, and ultimately his role as Master Blender at Midleton Distillery. As whiskey enthusiasts, it was impossible not to be in awe of the depth of knowledge, passion, and dedication he has given to the Irish whiskey industry.
