Our fifth Community Whiskey event was a truly special occasion, as we hosted LYQD, Ireland’s first digital exchange for cask whiskey.
The evening brought together cask owners and whiskey enthusiasts from across the country for a night of innovation, connection, and celebration.
LYQD blends cutting-edge technology with tradition, making it simpler and safer than ever to buy, sell, and mature casks, and providing much-needed clarity to a market ready for change.
Guests enjoyed two insightful whiskey tastings led by Colin Ross of Kinsale Spirit Co. sampling Red Earl Irish Whiskey and Wild Atlantic Irish Whiskey IPA Barrel, followed by a tasting of Black Emerald Irish Whiskey, newly launched by LYQD co-founder Ernest Cantillon.
Adding a culinary highlight, guests were treated to some incredible food from Ricky Robinson, BBC’s Farm to Feast Season 2 winner.
